What is the turnaround time for the neon signs?
All signs are handmade to order and delivered within a time frame of 15 Business Days (Normally before that). If you're needing a sign sooner than this, you can choose "Express Shipping" during checkout which is a "Rush Order". Rush orders take 7 to 10 Business Days to be delivered. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
How do I design my Neon Sign?
You can design your neon sign easily on our website by typing in your text & choosing from a range of fonts & colours. You can also choose the size and acrylic backboard shape and prices appear instantly.
Installation
What’s the length of the power cord?
The cord from the neon sign is 1.8 meters (6ft) long and encased with a clear coating, with an additional 1.2 meters (4ft) of black or white cord from the power adaptor. There’s another 1 meter (3ft) black or white cord from the adaptor to your plug. In total it’s 13ft from the neon sign to your power plug.
How do I mount my Neon Sign?
All our signs can be wall-mounted through the pre-drilled holes in the acrylic with the screws provided in the installation kit. We also provide a hanging kit upon the request for a hanging sign.
